Energy work is the clearest, most direct path towards transforming or realigning spirit, mind and body. I begin with the word Spirit because this is the energy that is at the core of alignment, of correct energetic grid configuration. The energy moves through you like a wave of light, adjusting your spirit essence, your mind construct and your body structure, in a way that is appropriate just for you and creates a healthy alignment within. I specialize in a holistic approach to healing. Whether you are seeking peace of mind, clarity, physical relaxation and healing, acceptance, or spiritual focus, allow yourself to experience the beauty of Reiki energy. Preparing for a medical procedure? I can work with you pre-surgery to prepare your body and mind and post surgery for correct healing. I also work with individuals who are nursing home/rehabilitation or hospital bound to facilitate the level of healing their Soul is seeking. Each session includes discussion, Reiki energy facilitation and intuitive reading of the healing.
In addition, I work with children who are experiencing difficulties focusing or managing anxiety or illness. Reiki can help to calm them.
Pets suffering illness or anxiety also benefit from Reiki healing energy.

Reiki Training - All Levels
If you feel you are called to awaken your own healing energies, you may want to experience either one or all three levels of Reiki attunement and training. I was taught a very powerful attunement process, so all attunements are private and classes are a maximum of 4 students to allow for sufficient time.
Reiki Level I - Awakening the Healer Within and Building Trust
Investment: $200.00 *Individualized attunement, higher intensity attunement process, smaller class size (private offered as well)
At Level I, you experience an attunement process to begin to awaken and harmonize with Reiki healing energy. Class includes a private attunement process, a manual of historical information, ethical guidelines and visual depictions of the Reiki healing sessions for yourself and others. The most important process at this time is learning to trust yourself in how Reiki is working through you. Practice time is focused on learning the hand positions for healing sessions and learning to trust yourself.
Reiki Level II - Finding your Healer's Voice
Investment: $300.00 *Individualized attunement, higher intensity attunement process, smaller class size (private offered as well)
At Level II, your second attunement process expands your capacity to channel Reiki energy and your Third Eye Chakra (perception and intuition). In addition, you are introduced to symbols that are designed to intensify specific healing rays that you will use in your work, including a symbol for distance healing. Class includes a manual of instruction and visual depictions of the symbols. Practice time will be used to work with the symbols and develop and learn to express your Healer's Voice.
Reiki Master Level - Developing the Teacher Within 4 Month Program
Investment: 1,100.00 - Private instruction
When you are committed to the Healer's Path, Master Level will raise your vibration to a position of Teacher. The first month is devoted to weekly attunements (2 hour sessions each) and months 2-4 are devoted to Teacher training, meeting two times a month for 2 hour sessions. In total, the program encompasses 20 hours. At the end of the training, you will receive your Reiki Master/Teacher certificate and prepared to teach and pass attunements! Master Level is scheduled by appointment only and is a private experience.
Reiki Practice Sessions - Expanding your Skills
Once attuned to the Reiki ray of healing energy, practice provides you with the hands-on experience you need to build confidence and expand your intuitive healing skill. The practice sessions will be comprised of professional development, experimentation and education.
