For this session, we will explore the signs and their opposites to understand how this energy helps to develop the Soul's understanding of how to balance these two very different perspectives.

As we move through the rest of the year, we will need to periodically reset our nervous system and then adjust our energy field to handle the changeable frequencies. These sessions are comprised of Restorative yoga, pranayama and a guided Angelic journey and energy clearing to prepare our Light Bodies to manage the electric charge. We will keep these sessions very intimate so that each participant can relax in peace.

Typically, we are the only ones in our family and social circle that do this kind of work. At our meet up, we will have the opportunity to be with like-minded others, discuss our experiences and have the opportunity to be the practitioner and also the client by offering each other healings.
