NERVOUS SYSTEM RESET/LIGHT BODY PREPARATION

As we move through the rest of the year, we will need to periodically reset our nervous system and then adjust our energy field to handle the changeable frequencies. These sessions are comprised of Restorative yoga, pranayama (facilitated by Joan Savery, RYT) and a guided Angelic journey and energy clearing to prepare our Light Bodies to manage take the opportunity to re-ground in our bodies. We will keep these sessions very intimate so that each participant can relax in peace.
No Yoga experience necessary! All props supplied.

Are you ready to step upon a journey of discovery? Are you hearing the healer's call? The time to explore and expand into our healing nature is now!
Learn the healing art of Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki in an intimate setting with a small group of fellow explorers. The attunement process is deep and private, the education thorough and attention to your own healing style honored.

Typically, we are the only ones in our family and social circle that do this kind of work. At our meet up, we will have the opportunity to be with like-minded others, discuss our experiences and have the opportunity to be the practitioner and also the client by offering each other healings.
These are totally supportive sessions to learn and grow in!
