Bringing Spirit Into Form: What is it going to take?
 
Ready to birth a new layer of you? Ready or not, here it comes! The Universal forces are pressuring us to move forward into Being at an unprecedented level! The compression, confusion, and intensity of emotions are designed to prompt us into action. If all is comfy-cozy, then we simply do not change.  Even if we are not happy and suffering in our choices, the comfort of the known can keep us there way too long. As I mentioned in the previous blog, we are not meant to stay in suffering but to learn where the misalignment is and make the changes necessary to find ourselves once again.

As of now, we are faced with what need to breakdown. Illusions of self and others are being revealed, along with how where we are now, no longer works for our Soul's progress. Before we can move forward though, we need to see clearly what is not working or no longer what we love so that we can begin to release it. Just like when we decide a home no longer suits us, we begin to withdraw emotionally and then eventually seek out what now reflects us. After that occurs, we begin to "pack up". In packing up, we also take a look at what will come with us and what we will toss. Moving forward will bring us to a new space within so what defined our likes/loves, changes. We can take some things with us as they "fit". Other parts of self do not.

Presently, we are now in the time of analyzing what is coming with us and what is going. Identity shaking to say the least! Along with this transformation will come grief as we part with what once was us. Honor this grief and let it move through you so that you can fully release the fear around letting go.

By the end of the month, another force of energy will enter into a powerful place of our Soul: where Spirit comes into Form. This energy will say "It's time to mature and take responsibility at a whole new level of your Spiritual nature." Yes, this is a very important energy and forces will make sure that we proceed!

Our bodies and our identities are going to have to change to welcome this new awareness and it will be a significant time in all of our lives. Thankfully, we have just spent many years in the dreaming phase and we move forward with all that magic at our disposal.  How will you choose to use it? What guides you?

Your heart is the Guide. This is where the Divine speaks to you. If you have not yet cultivated listening to it, then you may be in suffering.  Listen so that it may light the way towards Love.

We can look to the current astrology to see how this is all being activated. Neptune is at 0 degrees Aries - all that magic sitting there on the most dynamic point in the zodiac. Aries is where we come into the body and where we express our identity in form. Neptune holds both high spiritual information or confusing delusions with regard to this part of self. Your level of spiritual insight will help to clarify Neptune's gifts.

Neptune is tasked with first dissolving false aspects of spiritual identity. Here, in its current conjunction with Venus, we may experience grief and sadness as we begin to see the new truth of ourselves and others. It will also dissolve false connections, beliefs, and patterns so you can create the highest version of bringing this more evolved spiritual nature into form. 

Destiny is involved in this process (North Node Pisces 26 degrees) and come the end of May, Saturn will move into Aries 0 degrees with Neptune. Saturn will require you to find the discipline to begin to mature into a new spiritual reality. Let me stress once again that this is the most powerful point in the zodiac: 0 Degrees Aries. We will move over this point again and again as Saturn and Neptune go Direct and Retrograde into Pisces to help us understand the higher spiritual principles involved.

The good news is that Pluto will be stopping in the sky on May 4th to turn retrograde at 3 degrees Aquarius. I would say this could be a good reprieve from all the intense instability all around our lives. Now we can get to work to assess how to clean up.

Of course, this is all setting us up for huge changes in early June! In the meantime, get busy!

Our Spiritual chakra centers are in the process of welcoming in new insight (brow chakra), enabling us to bring our power back to our core (solar plexus chakra) and assist the sacral chakra in the release and realignment of our desires.

I suggest you concentrate on strengthening inner stability so that you can allow the outer to destabilize without too much fear. A good meditation would be to anchor the Golden Beam through the Crown down to the base of the Spine (Root) and then into the Earth's magnetic field. This meditation practice can help to solidify the inner stabilizing energy.

The Fire of Spiritual Illumination
 
Welcome to another volatile month! April's energies are fire and ether and will lead to extremely combustible conditions.  Our Soul's journey takes a giant leap into the unknown and that takes considerable force! Although circumstances will seem to come out of nowhere and sudden, it is all planned and perfectly timed.

It is times like these that spur us into courageous action to ignite our Soul's luminous quality. As we move further into this year's "Heaven to Earth" energies, the month of April, and particularly the final weekend in March 2025, will provide the electricity to turn the light on so we can step forward with more confidence.

The Divine is calling you to action to finally recognize the light within.  Will you step into your Divinity and be the conduit between Heaven and Earth in your own life?

Many have run, obscured, hidden, crushed or diminished this light. The responsibility of acknowledging it and working with it is HUGE.  The pressure, the changes that need to take place, the vulnerability associated with it, the fear of the unknown, keep us from actually embracing and walking in it. However, we are now being asked to do just that.

When you are aware that you carry this light in you, you may experience others running away from you, running towards you, wanting to be bathed in it, desiring to steal it or enticed to step up close but afraid to actually touch it. To be standing in your Divine light can be both terrifying and powerfully exciting for you and for others!

The next phase of soul growth invites you to do just that - step into your Divine light and own it. The pressures will be challenging. The Divine will speak to you in your Heart and will lead you. As I have mentioned before, if we ignore or deny this voice, we suffer. We are not to stay in useless suffering but to gain the knowledge, the spiritual insight into our truth, and use it to step into our light.

So what is contributing to this opportunity for enlightenment? We close out March 2025 with a very powerful New Moon/Solar eclipse in Aries, 9 degrees. The eclipse is closing out a long cycle of Aries/Libra development which was to help us individuate ourselves in relationship.  With this new moon solar eclipse, we have access to the courage we need to claim our revealed divinity. The very next day, the planet Neptune rolls into Aries, 0 degrees! We have never been here before in our lifetime. Neptune heralds a call to become aware of our Spiritual nature and how that can exist in our 3D world. In fact, it will reveal we do not live in a 3D world after all, but one of many simultaneous dimensions.

My sense is that this will create much confusion. With Mars moving into Leo on April 18th, this will contribute excessive fire, drama, and expand on our desires. Mercury, currently in Pisces, will go direct April 7th and eventually make its way back into Aries on the 1th - Spiritual truth expressed. Mid-month (4/12), a full moon in 23 degrees Libra will inspire us to correct relationship imbalances. Also on this day, Venus goes direct in Pisces and will make her way towards Aries. Our heart reveals Divine direction. At month's end, a new moon at 7 degrees Taurus provides us with the opportunity to settle, ground and enjoy what our heart has revealed. In all, a whole lot of fire!

Finding your center and grounding these highly spiritual frequencies will be quite difficult!

Bringing Heaven to Earth is no small feat. It requires an incredible amount of courage, perseverance, tenacity, determination and a supreme trust in your intuition and higher understanding.  Make no mistake, it can take everything you have!

Our chakra system has been clearing out the old, while connecting with the incoming energetic frequencies. We are experiencing this mostly in the Crown and Brow, with the Solar plexus (representing how you use your power), learning to let go so that a new sense of empowerment can move into place. I recommend conscious efforts to move this energy through your body by being in nature, taking part in sound healing and breathwork, experiencing Reiki energy adjustments, and meditating on expanding your energy field.

That Spiritual muscle you have been working on? This is what it has all been for. It is to provide you with the strength to step into your Divine Self.

At the end of April, I will be facilitating a Soul Evolution Transmission to help us adjust and open the Root chakra to allow for a new sense of connection to our reality. If you cannot be there, you can imagine yourself there and you will receive!

Wave of Awareness Incoming!
If you have been following along since the beginning of the year, then you know that we are on the precipice of dynamic change. Like a huge wave coming towards shore, March brings a powerful amount of energy that will "crash" on our shores at the end of the month.  We will feel that crescendo, we will hear the roar, we will sense the surge.

For those that have been preparing, the crash will come as a huge relief. What a release of pent up desired change! Others will get caught up in the chaos of the crash, as the waters turn tumultuous and confusing.

Just know, you cannot stop a wave like this. Get on your Spiritual Surfboard and do your best to ride it.

Our Soul's journey is about to accelerate!

As we navigate the changes we need to make to embrace our own road to healing, the atmosphere will spark sudden ideas, sudden choices, brave actions and creative impulses. This will be exciting, confusing, outrageous, scary, and hopeful. We will get a good look and then as we head toward the end of May, we will be asked to assess what will be required to take steps for change.

The energetic impetus coming our way will be a new experience for all of us. It is designed to help us reinvent ourselves, not take us off track. Your willingness to participate will help to manage the challenges ahead. Allow the month of March 2025 to deliver its message, make all attempts to get clarification, and explore your options. Take no sides, keep your vision 360 and stay about 30,000 feet up! The High Road is the ONLY road right now.

What is sparking this new cycle? Neptune will move into Aries on March 30th.  The last time Neptune was in Aries was in 1861, a difficult time for our country. The way change was made was through violence within. This time around, there will be supportive influences to make change with minimal damage. Our own energy fields will be impacted by this super charged energy. Opportunities to discover what we need to do to ensure our well-being are on offer.

Leading into the transit of Neptune, there will be a full moon/lunar eclipse in Virgo 23 degrees (3/14) to clear out and get organized. Venus is already retrograde in Aries and heading back to Pisces for another look-see at what we need to reassess. Mercury will turn retrograde in Aries on the 15th. There is information that is needed before we move forward (truths will be spoken).  By the end of the month, we will have the new moon/solar eclipse in Aries 8 degrees. This eclipse ends the Aries/Libra eclipse cycle on "Me" and "We". Our own self is renewed. On the 30th, Neptune stands at the doorway of the Aries Zero point.

Will you be riding on your board to the shore or caught up in the mayhem?

Our Crown and Brow chakras are overloaded with frequencies from the Sun to the Earth, activating the magnetic field. Tiredness, overwhelm, headaches, pressure in the head/face, all pressing down on the Heart chakra. Fresh air, walking in nature, restful "activities", energy work in all forms are recommended.
                  Empaths/healers/lightworkers/truthtellers: protection is essential. It is there for you - ask for it and step in willingly. Do whatever you can to call it to you. Working in these energies require it.

We began this year with a wild and chaotic undoing. We started to unravel what was in order to make room for what is appropriate for our Soul's journey now.  To do this requires an awareness of the consequences and the willingness to take on the responsibility of what happens when we release our hold on people, places and things in our lives. 

When we initially are activated to undo, this energy can be released pretty quickly and erratically - like a wrecking ball that has been let loose.  However, the energies of February mark a time where we can "course correct" at a pace that seems more thoughtful, clear and powerfully effective.
Everything that happens, especially now, is tied to balancing out power issues.  All power issues begin within.  You may have decided that playing the powerless one gives you a defined power role in a situation of relationship.  Or, you may have decided that dominating others and situations is how you balance this issue.  Of course, neither of these  roles are a correct way to find and express your true power. 

The first place to examine is your motivation behind the course you decided to take with regard to your sense of power.  In either scenario, you may have believed that this is the right position to be in to bring healing to a matter, a person or a relationship.

As I stated in the previous blog, this year we are being asked to explore how our attempt at healing others or situations has taken us way out of balance or how that process has reached its expiration date. If it has reached its expiration date, then that means we have come to understand it is out of balance and we must now be willing to take a journey to undo that belief, process, or habit.

When it is time to release or undo what we have been or believed we should be, a willingness to take this road is paramount. If we try to stay the same, we will only bring suffering upon ourselves and possibly hold back others on their journey to take responsibility for their own healing. The correction of the imbalance of power and healing can now begin once we venture forward.
 
The astrology in play that is bringing these issues to light are Pluto in Aquarius and the North Node in Pisces. Power and healing. Today, Feb. 4th, Jupiter is going Direct  in Gemini (11 degrees) and Venus is entering Aries. The atmosphere is shifting and supporting us to find our voice and take action on our desires that will lead us on the healing journey.  By Friday the 7th, Neptune and the North Node pass each other in Pisces - 28 degrees (a conjunction that is currently in play but will be exact on this day). Destiny is upon us and supporting us to claim our truth!

The Full Moon in Leo (24 degrees) on the 12th brings culmination of those energies in your chart. Leo energies are quite active and now is the time to release the doing. We are heading towards a New Moon in Pisces (9 degrees) which occurs just after midnight on the 28th. Here, we will embrace our journey of self-healing and all that is in alignment with it.

The Brow chakra is highly active right now and clearing out the stuck and stagnant perceptions and beliefs that no longer serve us on the road ahead. To support this change, a significant amount of energy is pouring into the Crown to begin the process of embodying the incoming development. Energy healing, grounding exercises, and meditating in stillness are suggested to help manage this process.

Remember, the Divine and all light beings will always support you when you step on the correct path. Your Heart knows what the correct path is. You are not alone, you will be offered what you need, and the light will get brighter and brighter as you make your way along the path. Ask and you shall receive.

Welcome to 2025! It is not often the New Year actually brings in significant change, but this year does. We ended the year on a powerful note of closure and began the New Year on a volatile one! You can thank Mars in Leo opposing Pluto in Aquarius for that. Very dramatic energy. Today, Mars moves back into Cancer and opposes Pluto. Very emotional energy. :)

The biggest news this year is the change in direction we will all be heading into by next week.  You may already feel or sense the shift in the climate as we move from direct action to sensory mutation. The new atmosphere offers quite a different process as the Soul's journey makes a turn into the unknown, into the fog, into the mystical, into the magic, into the collective!

We have spent some time learning to have better boundaries in relationships and taking purposeful action toward bringing our focus back to our own selves. Quite a reset with regard to acknowledging where we have been overly involved in managing relationships.

Lesson learned: I no longer attempt to fix the unfixable and I return my focus to my own actions.

The challenge we faced was in redefining what love means and what motivates the actions we take.  As the Soul's journey always is centered on love, the next part of the journey involves how we use our healing energy and our motivations behind it. Do we toss ourselves aside for the sake of healing another? Do we lose ourselves in someone else's pain and take on their suffering? Do we allow our intuitive sensing of another's needs make us forget our own?

What drives the motivation of offering healing to another is love. Once again, we will be asked to redefine this. Once again, we are to define, discern and assess where the boundaries should lie. However, this time it is our intuition that will be guiding us. Tricky, yet we have been practicing this for a few years!

Usually, when a Soul lesson is upon us, there is a force that will engage with us to demonstrate what needs to be addressed. Prepare for strong vortex of energy that will attract your attention. As the atmosphere will be "foggy", finding ourselves in this requires our sensing nature, not an analytical or rational one. You will be making your way along this path by engaging your senses, intuition, feelings, and knowing. No problem for some, foreign for others!

What is driving this change? Astrology is a clock and lets us know what it's time for. Starting January 12, 2025, the clock will activate a new North - the direction we need to head in. We will spend the next 18 months in the climate of Pisces, one of the most mysterious and difficult signs to navigate. Pisces is a spiritual, hidden and sensing energy. It is where and how we channel the Divine and meet our Soul mission. It enable us to tap into the needs, suffering, and gifts of the Collective and provide the healing required.

We now have to redefine how the Divine wants us to utilize healing energy. The North Node transit goes backwards (or retrograde) through the zodiac. Therefore, we are beginning at the end: 30 - 1 degrees. We will "undo" what we've been doing and find a new way to navigate by first taking a look at how this has become dysfunctional. Fun!

However, we will also be able to tap into extraordinary gifts, get clear on how we want to use them and understand how to manifest true healing in ourselves and others.

The chakra system will begin a new process and the main player this year will be the Brow Chakra, the Third Eye, our center of Perception. Already I am seeing this center going through the "unwinding" process and expanding into new territory with clients. This can be intense to say the least! Sometimes we can experience a detox of the chakra in the spotlight so be aware of this (eye, sinus, brain, headache).

Now that the Sacral Chakra cleared out and refocused, the Brow Chakra will be releasing understanding, perceptions and what our life looks like to align with the Sacral Chakra's new desire in who/how and what we decide to be in relationship with. Work with the energy gently by cultivating stillness, receptivity and a higher view.

​We find ourselves at the end of the year and where are we? The atmosphere is still changing daily, with this week's line up of players signifying lots of bluster, talk, and quite possibly explosive forces. If you are getting the sense that humanity is on the precipice of an enormous shift, you are correct!

The one thing that we have learned over the past year is to trust our intuition. Intuition is thought and feeling uniting to perceive the greater reality and thus, point us in the right direction. How are you doing with this? If you are listening, watching and reacting to "the show", then you are in the disruption frequency. The external can be quite disruptive to our own intuitive process. There is nothing wrong with including other information into your process, but in the end, it must be your own mind and feelings that bring you to your present truth.

As we head towards the close of 2024, we are being invited to position ourselves to enter a new era. Whether you are comfortable with change or not, it doesn't matter. It is happening. What side of this do you want to be on? Will you participate or will you try to remain in the old way? I invite you to move into receptive mode, as flowing towards the future is a much better experience than being dragged! Is this unsettling? Most definitely!

The main reason for the resistance is that we have never been here before. We have never lived the life we are about to live. We have never been the person we are about to be. We have never lived in a world we are going to be experiencing. And, we cannot apply our typical approach to managing all of it. Deep inside, we know this. How do we move forward?

This kind of change brings such freedom. However, before experiencing freedom, we may feel sadness as we feel ourselves drift away from our previous life. When longstanding aspects of self come apart, it takes time for us to acclimate. Once there is some distance, our attention can be fully on the present and we sense the freedom.  After enjoying the freedom, we can then move more positively towards the future!
If you think or feel that you don't really know what is ahead of you, you are right where you are supposed to be. If you have no idea what your desire will create for you, you are correct. If you cannot imagine who you will be, you are right on target. This is all new. You are free to create something about yourself you have never experienced before and do it in a way you have never dared try before. We are in an incredibly exciting time!

Astrologically, the most important week is Dec. 4th -7th. There are so many planetary aspects we may feel things changing minute to minute. Allow yourself to process what is happening without attachment and without judgment. The December 15th full moon in talkative Gemini (23 degrees) will provide the details and the December 29th new moon in Capricorn (9 degrees) with signify the close of a very long chapter and the beginning of a fresh energy. Thank goodness, because that energy has been so heavy for us all for a very long time!!!

In sessions with clients, this has been manifesting in the chakra system as follows: we began with the Sacral chakra's shift in desire. Once we are have decided to connect with different desires, our frequency changes in this space and it begins the process of dissolving connections to people, places and things that do not coincide with what is essential for the new desired creation. All year, this chakra has dominated the Soul's journey toward a new sense of wholeness. Once the Sacral chakra changes frequency, the Root chakra no longer feeds the manifestations that block the new creation. Roots begin to die off. Stability, safety, family, where we are planted, and our 3D manifestations are all destabilized as we make adjustments.

Within our Heart space, we began gestating a new sense of the truth and how that will be expressed in our reality. Uncomfortable to say the least. We are now ready to reveal that new truth.
To support the Sacral chakra's new frequency, the Crown was opened up to reach as high as we could go to connect with the Divine's direction and knowledge began to flow. As this information descended to the Brow chakra, our current perception of our reality began to change. As of now, the Crown is in direct contact with the Higher Self and the Brow has cleared out and now awaits the new understanding. Talk about seeing what you have never noticed or wanted to notice! Again, pretty uncomfortable.

Presently, the Throat chakra is wild with excitement as it prepares to find ways to express this new understanding! First, there was the need to talk about what we realized (ugh) and now, the energy in this chakra is changing quickly!  With all of this change, the Solar plexus has had to wind down and this always feels like we don't know what to do. That's ok! Time is needed to relax into freedom before deciding how to exercise our power.

All of this will lead us to a new way of creating - the Divine Feminine is on the rise within. What the heck is that all about?? We shall see!

There is so much about to happen I am just going to cut to the chase. The amount of directional change that will occur over the next 3 weeks is astounding! Whatever you are thinking right now is going to happen - think again.

We are now in the END of the END.

While we are closing out huge, long-standing cycles in our Soul's journey, the new is rushing in. Hopefully, you have cleared out the blockages, the numbness, the head-in-the-sand posture, the beliefs that are over and done with, and are now poised to embrace this vibrant new world.
The Air we breathe will change.

The question we always have to ask ourselves is what needs to be broken through to get this new oxygen? The air quality we are going to be breathing in is high vibe! It cannot and will not tolerate toxicity.

One way that this will be done is that the oxygen that has been feeding the past belief system will be cut off. We create our reality out of our beliefs. It's challenging to even THINK about the oxygen being cut off, let alone feel it in our emotions and our body.  There will be a temptation to escape this awareness, either through our thoughts or our emotions and body. Prepare now by pledging allegiance to you own body, mind and emotional trio of self.

Commit to honoring each of those aspects of self and ensure that they support each other. No beating up the body because it isn't cooperating. No shutting out our feelings because they are seeking nourishment and soothing. No criticizing your mind for thinking thoughts that want to take you on a new journey. Full support.  Full commitment. Full togetherness. No abandoning self.

There is so much tension that has been building and Friday the 15th is the release valve. The reason for the explosive, surprising energy is because it has been held in a fixed position for too long. The power of the release depends on how much tension has been building that has not been acknowledge or heard.  As this energy is opposite the Sun, it is demonstrating a longing of the heart's desire for transformation. 

Here comes the rebirth of the heart. Breakthrough!

The Astrology: Uranus conjunct the Full Moon in Taurus opposite the Sun in Scorpio - 24 degrees.  This is some powerful tension that is looking for release.
Shortly thereafter, on the 19th, ideas we may have never even considered or held back on will make themselves know and heard. Time to think radically, to contemplate and express the new sense of Self.

The Astrology: Pluto enters Aquarius and is now opposite Leo - 0 degrees.  Life-changing in how we use our power! This bring some high vibe oxygen.

About a week after that, we will sense things slow down so that we can discuss, rest, and review what this new sense of Self wants to do. At the same time, new ideas and big picture thinking will show up to help us formulate our strategy.

The Astrology: Nov 25th Mercury retrograde Sagittarius 22 degrees and Dec 1st New Moon in Sagittarius 9 degrees. What has to go to bring in the new vision?

And within two weeks, we have a HUGE day of decision. What actions we will take, clarity in our plan, with the addition of intense and dramatic friction will create...

The End and the Beginning.

The Astrology: Dec 6&7: Mars retrograde Leo 6 degrees, Neptune direct Pisces 27, Venus 29 Capricorn conjunct Pluto Aquarius 0 degrees (a big one that could affect Nov. 5th results) and the Moon in Aquarius 24 square Uranus Taurus 24 degrees (surprising knowledge).

Do not think that what you see happening right now is the end. ;)

Chakra Update - Crown is in overdrive. Meditate and find stillness.  Sacral is ready to create.  Solar is calling back its power. Breathe to integrate!!!

The Heart has been reborn!

We haven't even gotten to the end of 2024!  The Divine is stepping in to bring our Souls into alignment, so embrace change!

The time for rebirth and heart chakra expansion has arrived! We have had the opportunity to heal our Soul's lower vibrational heart chakra energies and the time to express that healing has come! The past year has been all about practicing trusting our intuition to allow it to guide us while our heart was in gestation mode. It is now a shining light that will illuminate the way.

But first.....
Moving into a new frequency requires that we enter a passageway.  The passageway can seem like we have entered the Tunnel of Darkness. The Tunnel of Darkness is that time in between leaving what we know and aligning with a new life path. This does not have to be a difficult or painful process if we have been preparing for it!

We are entering that tunnel now.

Moving through the tunnel safely and joyfully can be accomplished by allowing our inner knowing, sensing, and trust in our connection to the Divine to provide the "light" we need to get through it. Tune in, meditate, contemplate, be present and intend to allow your new frequency to align with the correct path. To have the most grounded experience of this passage, be in the mind of allowing, not controlling. Controlling demonstrates a lack of trust.

Have that newly formed vision this heart chakra expansion has created lead you! Hold that vision in your consciousness like a beacon, drawing you towards that which is in alignment for your next step. When you exit the tunnel, you will find yourself on unfamiliar territory but it will be the right path. You will know this by your intuition, your knowing, your trust in the truth.

Astrologically, the Tunnel of Darkness begins with the Scorpio New moon on November 1st (9 degrees). Scorpio rules the 8th house of transformation and the planet associated with Scorpio is PLUTO, the destroyer. The Moon is "dark" for three days, allowing for transition to occur. Rest, rejuvenate, be in nature, take a bath, meditate or pray with intention to receive. Simply allow yourself to be guided through the passageway.

Quickly following this New Moon will be an explosive energy of emotional action! Like a dam bursting, gushing emotional waters will be set free on November 3rd (Mars Cancer 29/Opposite Pluto Capricorn 29). This is a powerful energy which will help the Heart frequency to be born.

Soon after that, in the afternoon hours of the same day, Mars will move into Leo to provide the energy to demonstrate this new understanding. I would say this is pretty exciting!

And all before the election. 

Post election, we will have a Full Moon in Taurus 24 degrees and Saturn will go DIRECT 12 degrees Pisces on the same day - Nov. 15th. Also happening on that day is Uranus, the bringer of surprises, is right on top of that full moon.  Supersized surprise.

​Four days later, Pluto will enter Aquarius on the 19th. Holy hell. Major change to say the least. Will we exit the tunnel by the end of the month? And what condition will our world be in? This speaks of great change to our resources and how we move through the world. Hopefully, Saturn's ride through Pisces has helped us find the boundaries we need to excel.

Here we come! All the changes, all the chaos, all the destruction, all the release of ancient ways within have prepared us for the entry of the New Self. Are you still standing?

The intensity of this year has been nothing short of life changing. Either you or the people around you and of course the Earth, are reeling from the take-down of the old. The only way to deal with this is to keep surrendering and opening up to letting go - over and over!

Our Soul's journey has been engaged in whatever it takes to prepare for what is being asked of us now. As we have been experiencing, we are not even sure of what that is. We are not being show or given the courtesy of a "heads-up" so that we can prepare. Why? To really get us to trust our gut, our intuition, our knowing, that what needs to change is for the betterment of our spiritual growth.

Whether you are consciously on the path of spiritual expansion or not, it's happening. Just like when someone or something (like a job), lets us go or we choose this, we have to move through the grief of loss first. So painful a process! The only thing that may ease it is acceptance and trust. However, it has been demanded of us to relinquish beliefs and let's face it, that is so difficult to do! We build our lives around them and when the experience is finished, we have to let it go. It is only in trusting our knowing that it is the right move that assists us through the challenges.

In the astrological energy atmosphere, the catalyst has been the recent eclipses. For October, the Solar eclipse in Libra on October 3rd was designed to bring enlightenment. Now that the prior lunar eclipse cleared the air, the solar eclipse was able to bring in the insight. Libra is the "we" energy and this is what we have been unraveling. Libra is devoted to the "we" so unraveling that connection (whatever who or what it is) is extremely painful. It goes against that nature to release the energy that has been so enmeshed in the relationship. It goes against a core belief in that devotion. 

However, the time has come to disentangle our energy from the other. The withdrawal of our intense focus makes room for us to see and know the truth about ourselves. The truth is that we need to now embody a new layer of self that is coming into being. Ourself is what is important right now. Acknowledging what choices we made to support the belief, understanding how that has limited us, and then accepting that release is paramount to our next stage of authentic development.

The descent of the higher frequency of Self into our being, our body, is now ready to happen. It is all about "Me" and that takes a standing back from the norms of life, a clearing of the mind, body and emotions, so that we can BECOME.

A lot of you have been telling me that the changes have been over the top. Yes, we are certainly being put through the fire of transformation. Allow it.

As for the Chakra system, it is clear that head to toe will be engaged in this embodiment. Wherever it gets stuck is where you will experience difficulty. Hopefully, the dawn of enlightenment set you free!

​In the death throes...
These couple of days are INSANELY intense as we have entered the death throes (9/14-9/18). This is the next stage of the gestation of the womb in the heart..

The set up of energies right now have moved the hands of the clock of Soul time into a deep state of completion. The lunar eclipse in Pisces (25 degrees), is helping us to remove a connection that our energy has been diving into. This "removal" is a long time coming. The question to ask yourself is how have I abandoned myself for a person, place, thing, belief or thought? This full moon eclipse is assisting you in taking back that part of self.

It is typical of empaths to leave themselves for the sake of something or someone that they believe needs their support. The energy required to do this drains you of your own life force yet you do it based on some belief that is keeping your own growth at bay! The time for your Soul to journey onward is now!

Between the eclipse and Mars in Cancer squaring the North Node in Aries (7 degrees), we now have the emotional power to take back our life force. This take back will then rejuvenate our energy field. While it does, we can contemplate who we will be now that we are determined to live for ourselves- handcuffs off! Have we given up a dream, love, health, stability? The Soul's journey is directing us to explore these questions and seek out a part of self that we have abandoned.

​The awareness of the next layer of being that we will embody is what we have been gestating and with this lunar eclipse, we can now regain the energy required for this awareness. When we get to the Solar eclipse in Libra (10 degrees) on Oct 3rd, we will come into the understanding of how we will now be in relationship to the world without sacrificing our Soul's vibrancy!
