Hello all! I hope this post finds you all doing as best as can be as we head through the currents of change! In case you are wondering what is happening at LBJ, I have been focusing on in-person and remote individual sessions and small private groups. What I am seeing now happening with sessions is that the situation we are finding ourselves in is calling for a release (death) of something in our energy grid so that we can allow for a major influx of love and light. To make sure we "get it", we are being held in a tight restriction so that we address whatever it is that is dying. Although this is all about transformation, the death process comes first. There is a part of us that is dying off at this time to make room for another layer of self-expression. This can be with regard to relationships, our work, beliefs, thoughts, behavior, motivations, physical self, routine, or emotional life, but in essence, it's about the new directive our Higher Self has transmitted to our Soul regarding the next path along our journey. The level of comfort with this change will depend on where you fall between willingness vs. resistance. There is no right place to be on the scale. You are where you are and eventually, you will get to willingness. With Death, a vigil is required. We are meant to sit with it, think about it, witness it and feel it. If it is too intense, we may put off the "vigil" until we can handle it and the processing will be complete. Know that when we create an empty space through the dying off, the Universe/Source will seek to fill it. When you are ready to turn to what this might be, I suggest finding a moment here and there to begin to align with the new direction that you are getting glimpses of. All you need to do is gently slide into the feeling of what that is. This New Moon in Cancer today is supportive of allowing the release while sensing the nourishment to follow!
