Wow, the past 7 days have been so difficult! Grief, sadness, fear, unexpected changes, new territory. It's all about break ups, break downs, break ups and break throughs. We are nearing the end of a powerful and serious energy that is getting us to clear out. If you identify as an empath, then you have been likely looking to run for cover! It's been an overload of frequency changes, like the earth roiling under our feet as its about to release some major energy. For the Earth, global collective, nation, and personally, the shaking will continue. The best we can do is find a way to ride it through.
